chore: Port FreeSewing.dev to docusaurus

The replaces the NextJS site powering FreeSewing.dev with a Docusaurus
setup. It's part of my efforts to simplify FreeSewing's setup so we can
focus on our core value proposition.

The `Svg.pattern` property holds a reference to [the Pattern
object](/reference/api/pattern/) itself.
## Notes
This allows hooks that only receive the SVG object (such as the preRender and
postRender hooks) to still access the pattern object.
