The section on breast binding confused me at first due to the generic nature of the word 'binding'. This commit attempts to clarify this point to make it more readily understandable for a broader audience — hopefully without introducing exclusive or unsuitable language.

We've imported this without history because the repo contains our
blog posts and showcases posts content prior to porting them to strapi.
Since this contains many images, it would balloon the size of this repo
