Una unión zig-zag es útil para cuando se necesita coser una costura estirable (como cuando se usan tejidos). También puedes usarlo para un efecto decorativo o para bloquear el borde de tu tejido.

As most, if not all, sewing machines can sew a zig-zag stitch, it's a popular alternative for when more specialised stitches are not available.
