Options are stored in `pattern.settings.options`.

You can pull them out of there with 
the [shorthand](/howtos/code/shorthand/) call:

const  { measurements, options } = part.shorthand()

let sleeveBonus = measurements.shoulderToWrist * (1 + options.sleeveLengthBonus);
```
