feat(shared): Add Mermaid support to MDX pipeline
...
At the request of @marpants this adds support for mermaid diagrams to
our shared MDX pipeline. Diagrams can be created by using a fenced code
block using the `mermaid` language.
I did not verify to what extend this bloats the bundle. Perhaps that's
something we need to look into later and consider the trade-off. For
now, my main concern is to keep a new contributor happy, so here it goes
:)

breaking: New annotation plugin replaces others

This wraps up the initial work on a new annotations plugin that replaces
other plugins that provide annotations. As a result, the following
plugins are now no longer available:
- plugin-banner
- plugin-bartack
- plugin-buttons
- plugin-cutonfold
- plugin-dimension
- plugin-grainine
- plugin-logo
- plugin-notches
- plugin-scalebox
- plugin-title
The new plugin-annotations package provides all these plugins used to
provide. In addition, it also includes the following new macros:
- bannerbox
- pleat
- sewTogether

The example for "without destructuring" was the destructured way it's done in the tutorial, the example for "with destructuring" was the old way to pass in a props object without destructuring
